Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative and financial functions of the power plant, including budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and accounting
• Oversee HR functions such as payroll, benefits, and personnel management for plant, warehouse, and administrative staff
• Establish and maintain administrative controls for accounting functions, contract administration, and general reporting
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations
• Serve as a project lead on medium to large projects, coordinating work across various departments
• Use independent judgment to resolve complex issues and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations
• Train and mentor employees on technical skills and departmental procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and project management across multiple functions
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead professional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft
• Proficiency with Maximo
• Experience using Hyperion
• Experience using ImageNow
