Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Department Head by preparing data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and presentations
• Manage day-to-day operations and prioritize key meetings and activities for leadership
• Define and prioritize department-wide business goals and objectives
• Develop and track metrics (OKRs/KPIs) to monitor progress and ensure initiative success
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams
• Identify and drive improvements to business processes to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce bottlenecks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations
• Experience within the fintech, crypto, or a technology-driven environment
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong tactical execution skills
• Excellent communication and influence skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Must be based in the UAE
