Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement the Commercial Plan and ensure execution of agreed programs within the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On-Trade clients.
• Negotiate at points of sale to achieve Distribution and Visibility objectives.
• Drive the use of "Picture of Success" and brand activation strategies to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
• Identify and execute strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance and value creation within the assigned region.
• Contribute to the achievement of EFO and new business model objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of commercial performance.
• Field sales experience is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a specific emphasis on MS Excel.
• Conversational English skills.
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated affinity for the On-Trade sector, events, and promotions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the On-Trade or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex business situations.
