Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the delivery of On-Trade objectives and the implementation of the new commercial model
• Execute the Commercial plan in alignment with the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for On-Trade customers
• Negotiate at the Point of Sale to achieve specific distribution and visibility targets
• Drive the "Picture of Success" approach to activate brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase
• Identify and execute regional strategies to maximize brand performance and value creation

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of performance in commercial or field sales roles
• Strong affinity with the On-Trade sector, events, or promotions
• Solid negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
• Proven ability to organize work independently and effectively
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset

• Experience working within a premium brand portfolio
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on profitable growth
