About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement commercial plans to deliver customer programs specific to On-Trade customers.
- Negotiate at the Point of Sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
- Drive the "Picture of Success" approach to activate brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase.
- Identify and execute strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance and value creation within the Málaga region.
- Contribute to the delivery of EFO and new business model objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of performance in commercial or field sales roles.
- Strong affinity with the On-Trade sector, events, and/or promotions.
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proven ability to organize work independently and effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial "founder" approach.
