About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance or related fields
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team
- Must own a motorcycle for work purposes
- Ability to join immediately
- Willingness to be stationed in Kresek-Tangerang
