About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing and business partner teams regarding performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes in terms of SOP, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree
- Experience in a leadership role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance or related fields
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Must own a motorcycle for work use
- Ability to start immediately
- Willingness to perform field work
- High discipline, integrity, and transparency
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data
- Adaptable to change and target-oriented
