About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing and business partner teams regarding performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes in terms of SOP, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolios in terms of quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree
- Experience in a leadership or team leader role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance or related fields
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Must own a motorcycle for work purposes
- Willingness to work in the field and be placed in Bandung areas (Babakan Ciparay, Buahbatu, Ujung Berung, Coblong, Sukajadi)
- High discipline, integrity, and strong communication skills
