About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement
  • Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to reach set targets
  • Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
  • Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
  • Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance or related fields
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Must own a motorcycle for work use
  • Ability to join immediately
  • Willingness to be stationed in Malaka Tengah
