Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the quality and quantity of the portfolio to meet company goals
• Oversee staff performance through capacity development, workflow monitoring, and conflict management
• Ensure recruitment, service, and partner assistance processes follow SOPs to maintain partner satisfaction
• Evaluate, validate, and approve financing applications based on SOPs, credit ratings, and partner eligibility
• Maintain optimal branch repayment rates
• Manage and strategize field operational processes including expansion, financing, and partner assistance
• Oversee all branch office administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Maximum age of 30 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Unit Head, or Branch Manager
• Experience in Grameen, Banking, or Finance is preferred
• Experience leading a team of at least 4 members
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
• Willing to be placed throughout the Madura area (specifically Bangkalan and Sampang)
• High discipline, integrity, honesty, and transparency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data
• Adaptable to change and target-oriented
• Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
