About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor marketing/business partner teams regarding performance and target achievement
  • Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach set targets
  • Oversee business processes in terms of SOP, both administratively and in the field
  • Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
  • Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Experience leading more than 5 people
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in Micro Finance (Grameen system preferred)
  • Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team
  • Must own a motorcycle for work purposes
  • Ability to join immediately
