About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing/business partner teams regarding performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes in terms of SOP, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
- Experience leading more than 5 people
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in Micro Finance (Grameen system preferred)
- Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to guide the team
- Must own a motorcycle for work purposes
- Ability to join immediately
