Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Point Office operations to ensure portfolio quality and quantity meet company goals
• Oversee staff performance through capacity development planning, workflow monitoring, and conflict management
• Ensure recruitment, service, and partner assistance processes follow SOPs to maintain partner satisfaction
• Evaluate, validate, and approve financing applications based on SOPs, credit ratings, and partner eligibility
• Optimize branch repayment rates
• Manage and strategize field operational processes including expansion, financing, recruitment, and partner assistance
• Oversee all branch office administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum SMA/SMK education
• Maximum age of 30 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Branch Manager in Micro Finance
• Experience leading a team of at least 4 members
• Must possess a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driver's license
• Willingness to be placed anywhere within the Central Java and DIY region
• High discipline, integrity, honesty, and transparency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High learning spirit, particularly in analyzing information and data
• Adaptable to change and target-oriented
• Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
