Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall operations of the branch/point office
• Ensure portfolio quality and quantity grow according to company goals
• Oversee staff performance through capacity development, monitoring, and conflict management
• Ensure recruitment, service, and partner assistance follow SOPs to maintain satisfaction
• Responsible for evaluation, validation, and approval of financing applications based on credit rating and partner eligibility
• Maintain optimal branch repayment rates
• Manage field operational strategies including expansion, financing, and partner assistance
• Oversee all branch office administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Maximum age of 35 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Unit Head, or Branch Manager
• Experience in Grameen, Banking, or Finance is preferred
• Experience leading a team of at least 4 members
• Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license
• Willing to be placed anywhere in the Bali area
• High discipline, integrity, and transparency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data
• Adaptable to change and target-oriented
• Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
