Responsibilities
- Ensure all Branch KPIs within the regional scope are achieved effectively
- Manage branch operations through human resource fulfillment and management
- Oversee the successful expansion of designated management areas
- Maintain portfolio quality in alignment with company goals and audit standards
- Enforce principles of transparency within the branch
- Develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III (D3) education
- Experience in branch management
- Experience leading teams of 5-10 members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Microfinance as a Business Manager or Leader
- Experience with Grameen Bank systems or Microfinance institutions preferred
- Possession of a personal vehicle and valid SIM C license
- Willingness to be stationed in the Tuntang - Semarang branch
