About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor marketing/business partner team performance and target achievement
- Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to reach set targets
- Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
- Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
- Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma education
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team
- Experience leading more than 5-10 team members
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System preferred)
- Ability to develop sales & marketing strategies to guide the team
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
- Willing to be placed in new branch areas in Tuban (Singgahan and Jenu)
