About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Branch KPIs within the regional scope are achieved effectively
  • Manage branch operations through human resource fulfillment and management
  • Oversee the successful expansion of designated Amartha management areas
  • Maintain portfolio quality in line with Amartha's goals and ensure branch audit values meet management expectations
  • Enforce principles of transparency within the branch

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma III (D3) education
  • Experience in branch management
  • Experience leading teams of 5-10 members
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader (Grameen Bank system or Microfinance preferred)
  • Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward targets
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver's license
  • Willingness to be stationed in Amartha's working area in Mojokerto
