Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall performance of the branch office
• Ensure portfolio quality and quantity grow according to company goals
• Lead staff development, performance monitoring, and conflict management
• Oversee recruitment, service, and partner assistance following SOPs
• Evaluate, validate, and approve financing applications based on credit ratings
• Maintain optimal branch repayment rates
• Manage field operational strategies including expansion and partner assistance
• Oversee branch office administration and policy compliance

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Experience managing teams of 5-10 members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen system preferred)
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
• Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license
• Willingness to be placed throughout the Padang Lawas regional work area
