Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing and business partner performance and target achievement
• Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to meet set targets
• Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
• Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
• Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) education
• At least one year of experience managing a branch
• Experience leading a team of 5-10 members
• At least one year of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager or Leader (Grameen Bank system/Microfinance)
• Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team
• High discipline, integrity, honesty, and transparency
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High learning spirit, especially in analyzing information and data
• Adaptable to change and target-oriented
• Ability to build a coaching culture to improve team performance
• Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver's license
