Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing and business partner performance against targets
• Conduct market reviews and execute strategies to achieve set goals
• Oversee business processes regarding SOPs, both administratively and in the field
• Manage branch/point portfolio quality and quantity
• Maintain team solidarity and manage internal conflicts based on company regulations

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Experience leading more than 5-10 team members
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen system experience preferred)
• Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
• Willingness to be placed throughout the Banyumas region
