Responsibilities

• Ensure the opening of new accounts
• Generate a pipeline of potential client prospecting
• Manage and lead teams of consultants
• Present and sell company services to clients
• Negotiate with both clients and candidates
• Lead projects and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide necessary resources for projects
• Generate action plans to achieve objectives
• Manage project finances and profitability

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• 1 to 2 years of sales experience (prospecting and client follow-up)
• Experience in engineering services sales is a plus
• Conversational English (Mandatory)
• Experience in business development, selection & management, and profit center management
• Experience in the automotive sector
• Project Management or Product Cost Engineer experience is a plus
