Responsibilities

• Ensure the opening of new accounts
• Generate a pipeline of potential client prospecting
• Present and sell company services to clients
• Negotiate with both clients and candidates
• Lead projects and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide necessary resources for projects
• Generate action plans to achieve objectives
• Manage project finances and profitability

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales (prospecting and client follow-up)
• Experience in project management (industrial and/or digital transformation)
• Conversational English (Required)
• Experience in business development, selection & management, and profit center management
• Experience in the automotive sector
• Strong communication, leadership, and results-oriented mindset
