Responsibilities

• Ensure the opening of new accounts
• Generate a pipeline of potential client prospecting
• Present and sell company services to clients
• Negotiate with both clients and candidates
• Lead projects and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide necessary resources for projects
• Generate action plans to reach objectives
• Manage project finances and profitability
• Work with recruitment, Organizational Development, and Technical Direction teams

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (prospecting, client follow-up)
• Experience in engineering services sales is a plus
• Conversational English (Mandatory)
• Experience in business development, selection & management, and profit center management
• Experience in the automotive sector
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Project Management
• Experience as a Product Cost Engineer
