Responsibilities

• Ensure the opening of new accounts
• Generate a pipeline of potential client prospecting
• Manage and lead teams of consultants
• Present and sell company services to clients
• Negotiate with clients and candidates
• Lead projects and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide necessary resources for projects
• Generate action plans to achieve objectives
• Manage project finances and profitability

Requirements

• Engineering degree (automotive, mechanical, industrial, or related)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales (prospecting, client follow-up)
• Experience in selling engineering services is a plus
• Conversational English (Required)
• Experience in business development, selection & management, and profit center management
• Experience in the automotive sector
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Experience in Project Management or Product Cost Engineering is a plus
