ACC Benalla is a P-12, co-ed, Christian school located in Benalla, Victoria.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses of study
• Use content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet diverse student needs
• Demonstrate a commitment to improving professional practice through coaching and development
• Provide a child safe environment in accordance with child safe standards
• Model and promote the vision and values of the school
• Teach an area of the curriculum to senior year levels
• Maintain records of class attendance and student progress
• Implement effective student management consistent with the school’s strategic plan
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and regular staff devotions

Requirements

• Recognised teaching qualification
• Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Evidence of the right to work in Australia
• Committed Christian comfortable with sharing faith
• Experience in teaching Business (VCE Business Management experience is desirable)
• Experience in Years 10-12 is desirable
