Business Management, Senior Manager, Category Sales

Responsibilities

• Manage North America HP Solutions Services category management operations to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Direct the activities of individual contributors and managers to achieve business objectives set by senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure strategic alignment.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Shape sales approaches based on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of job-related experience.
• 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in category management or P&L management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Agile Methodology and data analytics.
• Strong expertise in Go-to-Market strategy, product management, and business development.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, team management, and customer centricity.
