Business Management & Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and own the business unit's operating system, including governance models, decision rights, and accountability structures
• Lead annual planning and goal-setting processes, translating enterprise priorities into BU-level OKRs and resource allocation
• Own the performance management architecture, including KPI definition, instrumentation, and quarterly retrospectives
• Maintain executive-ready performance dashboards and scorecards to ensure decision-ready data for leadership
• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that require senior judgment and sustained accountability
• Translate complex operational and financial data into concise, decision-quality narratives for C-suite and Board-level reporting
• Identify structural inefficiencies and implement durable operational playbooks to enable organizational scalability

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting
• Demonstrated experience supporting or operating at the SVP, EVP, or C-suite level
• Deep fluency in OKR design, KPI architecture, and enterprise performance management
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating plans and investment prioritization
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
• Proficiency in BI and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth transformation environments
• PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent operational excellence certification
