Business (Management and Human Resources) Faculty

Responsibilities

• Teach approximately 24 credits per year in person at the Arden Hills campus
• Teach courses such as Managing Organizations and People, Human Resources with Analytics, and Strategic Management
• Engage in ongoing professional and scholarly development
• Perform faculty duties including undergraduate academic advising, student recruitment, and committee assignments
• Mentor students in spiritual growth and connect academic disciplines with Christian faith
• Support the University’s commitment to Christian values and inclusive excellence

Requirements

• Professional experience in human resource management
• Record of successful teaching and/or mentoring experience
• Advanced degree in a business or human resources-related area
• Ability to communicate disciplinary knowledge clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively and utilize technology
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Terminal degree in business or human resources-related area
• Evidence of ongoing professional and scholarly development
