About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach approximately 24 credits per year in person at the Arden Hills campus
- Teach courses such as Managing Organizations and People, Human Resources with Analytics, and Strategic Management
- Engage in ongoing professional and scholarly development
- Perform faculty duties including undergraduate academic advising, student recruitment, and committee assignments
- Mentor students in spiritual growth and connect academic disciplines with Christian faith
- Support the University’s commitment to Christian values and inclusive excellence
Requirements
- Professional experience in human resource management
- Record of successful teaching and/or mentoring experience
- Advanced degree in a business or human resources-related area
- Ability to communicate disciplinary knowledge clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively and utilize technology
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Terminal degree in business or human resources-related area
- Evidence of ongoing professional and scholarly development
