Responsibilities

• Manage a high level of responsibility within the Business Litigation practice group
• Draft complex motions and legal opinions
• Support litigation matters in a growing and exciting practice area
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of legal professionals

Requirements

• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar
• Proven experience drafting complex motions and legal opinions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Life, Health, or Disability litigation
• Experience in federal court proceedings
• Submission of a writing sample along with resume and law school transcript
