About the role
Responsibilities
- Negotiate sell in and commercial actions to ensure sell out and positive positioning
- Monitor and analyze results, market share, investments, and margins
- Manage stock and supply chain for distribution centers and stores
- Negotiate contracts and commercial bases
- Create promotional calendars and category development actions (launches, packs, tabloids, events)
- Manage assortment efficiency
- Execute negotiations at points of sale and support the merchandising team
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree
- Experience in sales
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Strong initiative, argumentation, and communication skills
- Analytical capacity
- Valid driver's license (CNH B)
- Availability to work in Uberlândia/MG
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of the local region and client base
