Business Leader Marketing

Responsibilities

• Strategically lead a top brand by developing and implementing innovative online and offline marketing strategies to drive market share, revenue, and profit
• Develop a holistic brand vision based on market and consumer understanding, including responsibility for annual planning and budget management
• Act as the central point of contact for international marketing teams to evolve local DACH brand strategies
• Translate brand strategy into operational measures and manage marketing plan performance in collaboration with relevant departments
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team while fostering cross-functional collaboration and networking

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in product marketing
• At least 2 years of proven leadership and people management experience
• Expertise in digital marketing, E-Retail, or media planning
• Strong analytical thinking skills for complex business contexts combined with creative conceptual abilities
• Excellent communication skills to build successful professional networks and collaborations
