Business Law Legal Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Participate in the review, drafting, negotiation, and monitoring of commercial and procurement contracts (MSA, NDA, framework agreements, supplier contracts, SOW, etc.).
• Assist in identifying contractual risks regarding liability, indemnification, termination, intellectual property, and data privacy.
• Support legal operations by following internal processes for contract validation, signatures, archiving, and template updates.
• Conduct legal research and prepare notes on contract law, business law, supplier compliance, and international sanctions.
• Contribute to pre-litigation and litigation matters through document tracking and coordination with internal teams and external counsel.
• Support trademark and copyright legal matters, including IP risk analysis and monitoring legal developments related to AI.
• Participate in supplier due diligence and compliance screening.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral) for use in an international environment.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills with the ability to produce precise legal documents.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to approach complex legal questions.
• High level of autonomy, reactivity, and rigor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit for working across different teams.
• Previous experience in a corporate legal department or law firm is appreciated.
