Business Intelligence Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team in delivering quantitative analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence solutions.
• Develop methodologies to address client problems using regression, optimization, simulation, and visualization techniques.
• Implement and improve financial performance reporting within Oracle-based data warehouses and Tableau environments.
• Translate complex requirements from diverse stakeholders into actionable reporting and data requests.
• Prepare technical documentation, including reports, memoranda, and presentations, to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Train and mentor less experienced team members in technical skills such as Tableau visualizations, calculated fields, and data linking.
• Manage multiple deadlines and oversee project tasks, quality assurance, and client management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, or Management Information Systems).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, or Oracle Data Analytics/Visualization tools.
• Experience with a diverse BI toolkit including Excel, Python, SharePoint, and Tableau (Prep, Server, and Desktop).
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Understanding of the Federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
