Business Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics leads, and data scientists to gather requirements and formulate business metrics.
• Create high-quality visual narratives and data stories using advanced data visualization and UI design principles.
• Develop BI and analytics tools utilizing Python.
• Build automations for Power BI using Python to streamline reporting processes.
• Provide thought leadership and business analysis support to enable data-driven leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Analytics or Technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in a data-driven environment.
• 3+ years of experience applying Python specifically to Business Intelligence tasks.
• Proven experience working on Machine Learning projects.
• Proficiency with Power BI, PowerApp, PowerAutomate, SQL, GCP, and Azure Data Studio.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Accenture sales processes and systems.
• Professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, or Finance.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and guidance.
