Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of bespoke data solutions within the BI team
• Serve as a senior technical liaison and strategic partner to planning teams and client stakeholders
• Design and enforce robust validation and auditing processes to ensure data integrity
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboarding solutions via the Measure platform
• Lead initiatives to identify and integrate new data sources and technologies
• Mentor and guide direct reports on BI best practices, data modeling, and data governance

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing complex data integration strategies
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
• Experience with advanced data modeling and scalable BI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for complex data manipulation and ETL/ELT processes
• In-depth experience with digital marketing data ecosystems (ad servers, DMPs, GA4)
• Understanding of media attribution models
• Experience optimizing complex data transformation pipelines
