Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Intelligence team to provide data-driven insights, tooling, and infrastructure to support decision-making across all business departments.
• Analyze internal and external data to support departments with reporting, dashboards, and meaningful insights.
• Provide clear and concise recommendations to increase operational efficiency, such as cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Manage the full lifecycle of data analysis projects, including planning, collection, cleansing, analysis, and solution recommendation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance through qualitative discovery and process mapping.
• Consult with business leaders to craft easy-to-consume narratives and actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to various stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in people leadership and team development.
• Experience working within the SaaS industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to test hypotheses and measure success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to extract business insights from large datasets to drive organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business, strategy, or technology consulting.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain judgment in high-speed, deadline-oriented environments.
• Experience working within matrixed organizational structures.
