Business Intelligence Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage business intelligence and data analysis teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the design and implementation of data analysis tools and reporting frameworks.
• Develop business financial KPIs and dashboards to provide performance measurement capabilities.
• Oversee data integrity and protection to ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of data analysts to provide actionable operational insights.
• Execute strategic research and analysis to identify revenue opportunities and steer business growth.
• Design implementation roadmaps and complex action plans to support various business functions.
• Coach and advise the team to maintain high standards of performance and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and other business intelligence tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma specialization.
