Business Intelligence Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Support the analytical requirements of the IN-ECCF Operations Analytics team through deep dive analyses to solve complex business problems.
• Create robust and automated reporting frameworks to increase data visibility and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Unearth actionable insights from data to help the operations team drive process excellence.
• Collaborate closely with operations stakeholders to transform business problems into technical requirements and deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end data processes, including data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in data visualization using tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience with statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, or Matlab.
• Strong SQL skills for querying databases and data warehouses.
• Scripting experience with Python to process data for modeling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS solutions including EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
• Experience in data mining and managing large-scale, complex datasets within a business environment.
