About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own data analytics projects from beginning to end, building reports and driving key recommendations to support Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Collaborate with recruiting operations, data scientists, and business leaders to define business processes and provide analytical support.
  • Leverage code to analyze complex datasets and design, develop, and evaluate data transformations to solve business problems.
  • Build scalable, efficient, and automated data processes and ETL pipelines to facilitate customer-facing reporting.
  • Build dashboards and reports using visualization tools for recruiting leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Perform complex data analysis across multiple systems to support both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Mine key performance indicators to discover root causes and identify relationships and trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, or similar technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related).
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Proficiency in using SQL to pull data from databases or data warehouses.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience with AWS solutions including EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
  • Experience using Python scripting to process data for modeling.
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets in a business environment.
