Business Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and development projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Build and manage data pipelines using Talend, SQL, and Snowflake
• Provide technical and operational support for the customer base and internal technical areas
• Manage risk functions including vulnerability reconciliation and security baselines
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining tool documentation and managing service requests
• Ensure timely resolution of incident, problem, and change tickets following ITIL processes
• Participate in user training to increase organizational awareness of internal tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing
• 5+ years of experience managing data warehouses in a production environment (planning, design, deployment, and upkeep)
• 5+ years of experience managing distributed teams with an employee/vendor mix
• 5+ years of experience managing offshore vendors
• Strong understanding of star/snowflake schemas and data integration methods
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
