About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated ETL pipelines, data models, and reporting solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Build self-service dashboards and analytics tools that enable business teams to monitor performance independently.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions to improve stakeholder access to data and accelerate time-to-insight.
  • Write high-quality SQL to retrieve and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Tech, and Retail teams to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement data quality monitoring and documentation practices to maintain trust in analytics outputs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL.
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, or Oracle.
  • 1+ years of experience processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources.
  • 1+ years of experience performing statistical analysis.
  • 1+ years of experience developing automated reporting.
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
  • Experience in data mining and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
