Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain database queries using multiple query languages to ensure accuracy and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop BI solutions and visualizations.
• Design and support data integrations and interfaces between enterprise applications and external data sources.
• Administer, monitor, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based databases and data platforms.
• Implement custom BI solutions, data processes, and automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide advanced technical support for BI and analytics solutions and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, or a related field (related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis).
• 2 years of experience in business intelligence, database administration, or applications development.
• Proficiency in query languages such as T-SQL, PL/SQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS.
• Working knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
• Valid State of Florida driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Data+ certification.
• Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Microsoft Power Platform.
