Business Intelligence Consultant

Responsibilities

• Translate client business objectives into scalable BI and analytics solutions using the KORE Intelligence platform.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on data strategy, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom SQL queries across complex datasets including sales pipeline and sponsorship inventory.
• Build and optimize scalable data models and interactive Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to uncover insights related to partnership performance and ROI.
• Partner with client stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and standardized reporting approaches.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and platform functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or agency environments.
• 2+ years of professional experience with SQL.
• 2+ years of professional experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the sports or entertainment industry.
• Experience with R, Python, or other statistical programming languages.
• Prior experience using KORE Intelligence software.
