Business Intelligence & Category Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction for the Consumer Business Group LATAM in Mexico.
• Conduct market analysis to understand consumer trends and reactions, specifically focusing on retail customers and channels.
• Drive growth in volume and profitability for assigned product categories.
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers to drive portfolio improvements.
• Perform performance analysis and identify new service, product, and practice innovations.
• Develop category schematics to be replicated with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or currently in the final year of validation).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, purchasing, sales, CPFR, or marketing.
• Proficiency in managing and processing information using Excel and Access.
• Ability to work on-site at the corporate office in Santa Fe, CDMX, at least four days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategic knowledge and analytical thinking regarding market studies (U&A).
• Experience working with Nielsen or Kantar data.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to propose and execute specific strategies tailored to individual customers and categories.
• Flexibility to travel approximately once per quarter.
