Business Intelligence and Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI datasets and dashboards that serve as the single source of truth for commercial and finance teams.
• Reconcile data across HubSpot, Sage, and SAP HANA to ensure consistency between the sales pipeline, order book, and ledger.
• Manage HubSpot CRM data quality, including pipeline hygiene, properties, and structural integrity.
• Map business processes using BPMN to ensure data flows accurately reflect real-world operations like order-to-cash and after-sales.
• Replace legacy, ungoverned spreadsheets with automated, governed dashboards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Power BI data modeling, including advanced DAX and Power Query.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying data sources such as Sage and SAP HANA.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM (data structure, properties, and pipeline reporting) or similar enterprise CRM systems.
• Strong skills in Excel and Power Query, with knowledge of VBA.
• Ability to document business processes using BPMN or equivalent methodologies.
• Fluency in German and a good working level of English.
• Deep understanding of business flows (e.g., order-to-cash, multi-entity operations) rather than just technical tool usage.
