About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop mathematical and actuarial models for loss projection and insurable operational risk analysis
  • Design and evolve business intelligence and reporting solutions to transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Lead the implementation and evolution of the data governance model within the Insurance function
  • Coordinate and centralize global reporting for insurable risks in collaboration with international business units
  • Contribute to the global planning and monitoring of the Insurance budget
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary international teams to align business needs with analytical capabilities
  • Participate in global projects focused on continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization

Requirements

  • University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Actuarial/Financial Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk analysis, modeling, or similar roles
  • C1 English proficiency (fluent written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of actuarial, mathematical, and statistical modeling
  • Expertise in risk management and various insurance specialties (Property, Liability, Cyber, etc.)
  • Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI
  • Knowledge of captive insurance companies and reinsurance
  • Experience with project management and Agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
