Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear analyses, reports, and data solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to define analytical needs
• Query and analyze data from organizational platforms, specifically Snowflake
• Design and maintain semantic views in Snowflake Cortex
• Develop Streamlit applications to democratize information access
• Design, deploy, and evolve AI agents for self-service analysis
• Produce reliable KPIs and dashboards for stakeholders
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Monitor best practices in analytics, data, and AI

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Mastery of SQL for complex data manipulation
• Proven experience working with relational databases
• Experience creating dashboards
• Strong communication skills, including executive-level reporting
• Ability to manage multiple analyses simultaneously
• Proficiency in English (intermediate level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or high-data intensity environments
• Practical experience with Snowflake
• Experience with Devin/Windsurf or similar AI-assisted development tools
• Experience with Agile practices
