About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems using internal SaaS metrics and external market data to provide actionable insights
- Identify and interpret trends within AECO datasets to locate market influences and product-led growth opportunities
- Drive the monthly and quarterly forecasting process for the Platform division, translating SaaS metrics like ARR, Churn, and Retention into financial outcomes
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis of actuals versus budget to optimize capital allocation
- Serve as a technical consultant and business advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Experiment with modern data tools, including predictive analytics and anomaly detection, to automate reporting
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Finance
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven ability to translate broad business questions into technical data queries
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Insights or other FP&A/EPM platforms
- Interest or experience in predictive modeling and AI-assisted reconciliations
- Knowledge of the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry
