About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation to drive financial and operational improvements.
- Monitor key supply chain metrics including inventory turns, stockouts, fill rate, and order fulfillment accuracy.
- Create KPI dashboards and scorecards to communicate meaningful insights and support problem-solving.
- Perform root cause analysis when performance metrics deviate from targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation on data models, KPIs, and reporting logic.
- Identify opportunities for item standardization, product conversion, and supply chain optimization.
- Clean and validate data to ensure integrity for reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, finance, or a similar data-driven role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI or similar.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in expanding into advanced analytics, data science concepts, or AI-enabled tools.
- Experience in hospital distribution or customer relationship management.
