Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation to drive financial and operational improvements.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics including inventory turns, stockouts, fill rate, and order fulfillment accuracy.
• Create KPI dashboards and scorecards to communicate meaningful insights and support problem-solving.
• Perform root cause analysis when performance metrics deviate from targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation on data models, KPIs, and reporting logic.
• Identify opportunities for item standardization, product conversion, and supply chain optimization.
• Clean and validate data to ensure integrity for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, finance, or a similar data-driven role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI or similar.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in expanding into advanced analytics, data science concepts, or AI-enabled tools.
• Experience in hospital distribution or customer relationship management.
