Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends and patterns
• Create and maintain intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate analytical needs into solutions
• Perform market research and data forecasting to support business strategies
• Support the development of reporting standards and best practices
• Monitor data quality and integrity through audits and troubleshooting
• Provide training and support to team members in analytical tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with data visualization best practices
