Responsibilities

Depending on the specific team (Central Operations, Product Analytics, or Financial Product & Services), responsibilities include:

• Gathering and clarifying requirements from business stakeholders to define analytical scope.
• Performing BI analysis including metric definition, SQL development, and dashboard design.
• Designing and analyzing A/B tests and building measurement frameworks.
• Defining and measuring key metrics such as activation, retention, conversion, revenue, and risk-related indicators.
• Visualizing data to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
• Supporting financial forecasting, budgeting analysis, and performance tracking.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, risk, and finance.

Requirements

Requirements vary by track:

Central Operations:

• At least 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of analytical data structures.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc requests and manage multiple tasks.

Product Analytics:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts.

Financial Product & Services:

• 3+ years of experience in BI or Data Analytics, preferably in fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
• Understanding of financial metrics (CAC, LTV, delinquency rate, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, or Google Apps Script.
• Experience with ETL and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning techniques.
• Background in consulting, marketing tech, or risk analytics.
